Hockey at the 2003 Pan American Games

The Field Hockey Tournament at the 2003 Pan American Games was held in Santo Domingo Stadium, from August 1 to August 17. It served as a qualification tournament for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. The number one earned a ticket for the Olympic tournament. The men competed for the tenth time at the Pan Americans, the women for the fifth time.
