UTR ( _uk. Українське телебачення і радіомовлення transliteration:"Ukrayins'ke telebachennya i radiomovlennya") is Ukrainian state owned TV channel targeted for foreign Ukrainian-speaking audiences. Programming is provided with English subtitles. The channel is broadcast via satellite in Eurasia, North and South Americas (High quality signal is available in 82 countries). UTR can also be found on cable networks in Russia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Argentina. Webcast on the official website is also available. The programming consists of Ukrainian produced films, news, cultural and educational programmes as well as programmes of some other Ukrainian channels. The audience compromises 23 000 000 viewers worldwide and about the same number in Ukraine.
