The Devinne Press Building, located at 393-399 Lafayette Stree, Manhattan, New York City, New York, is a brick structure, built in 1886. Theodore Low De Vinne, a leading typographer and printer in the city built the building for his printing company.Christopher Gray, "Streetscapes/De Vinne Press Building, Fourth and Lafayette Streets; An Understated Masterpiece That Earns Its Keep", New York Times, April 13, 2003]

Devinne died in 1914, and by 1922, the company had ceased operations.

The building has been owned by Edwin Fisher for the past 20 years. It currently is rented to an architecture firm as well as a restaurant.
