Standoff may refer to:

*Standoff (decorative) Finished spacers with caps, used to mount signs, glass and other substrates to walls, millwork, and almost any other surface.
*Standoff (separator), used in mechanics and electronics to separate two parts from one another.
*A social confrontation or conflict, such as an impasse, stalemate, or Mexican standoff.
*Standoff distance, a certain safety distance away from a hazard or objective (live bomb, fire, artillery aimpoint, etc.) that is mandated by some kind of standard operating procedure.
*Standoff (TV series), a canceled FOX television series.
*Standoff (film), a 1998 film written and directed by Andrew Chapman.
