Milan Živadinović (Serbian Cyrillic: Милан Живадиновић) (born December 15, 1944 in Belgrade) is a Serbian former football player and most recent manager of Myanmar.

He is known as a coach who advocates an old-school system of coaching. He was a student of Hugo Ruševljanin under whose guidance he plied his trade.

His most recent appointment was as the head coach of Myanmar national football team from January until July 2011, during which time he led the team in seven matches, recording 2 draws and 5 losses.
