Laflèche was the name of a former city on Montreal's south shore. Today it belongs to the city of Longueuil in the Saint-Hubert borough.

History

Originally called Mackayville, it was established in 1947 at the same time as neighbouring Ville Jacques-Cartier using a piece of land belonging to the "Saint-Antoine de Longueuil Parish". It changed its name to Laflèche on March 5, 1959. It later merged into the former city of St. Hubert in October 1971.
