Pedro Benítez (born March 23, 1981) is a Paraguayan football player who, as of summer 2008 plays for U.A.N.L. side in Mexico.

He was part of the silver medal-winning Paraguayan 2004 Olympic football team, who achieved a quarter-final place with two victories in the qualifying round, and, having finished second in the league, beat South Korea in the quarter-finals, and Iraq in the semi-finals, before losing to Argentina in the final.In June 13th he was confirmed as a tigres uanl player.

During his career Benítez played for Sportivo Luqueño, Olimpia Asunción, Cerro Porteño and FC Shakhtar Donetsk.

Pedro Benitez scored his first goal for Tigres against Atlas on August 9, 2008. It was a header and gave Tigres an important 3-0 victory.
