Slovenian Red Cross

The actual Slovenian Red Cross was most recently established as an independent entity in 1991. (Previously, it was part of the Yugoslav Red Cross.) It has its headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is run by Dr. Janez Remškar, the President of the Slovenian Red Cross (Rdeči Križ Slovenija).

The organization with website www.sloveniaredcross.com claiming to have been organized in 1976 and to be run by Evelyn Lory is a [http://www.ifrc.org/news/warning.asp fraudulent Red Cross/Red Crescent web site] and is not connected to the actual Red Cross.
