Fair trade is a consumer-driven movement to promote fair prices and reasonable conditions for producers of primary goods in developing regions. The expression may also denote:

* Fairtrade certification, a widespread standard for labelling products produced by fair trade, overseen by FLO International
* trade justice, movement for political action (as opposed to consumer action) to promote fair prices and reasonable conditions for producers in developing regions
* competition; e.g. the Fair Trade Commission (South Korea) investigates anti-competitive practices
* trade which guarantees consumer rights; e.g. Office of Fair Trading in the United Kingdom

* Fair trade law: law in the United States permitting manufacturers to specify a minimum retail price
