- Dayton Ballpark Village
-
Dayton Ballpark Village was a 300,000-square-foot (28,000 m2) mixed-use complex planned to be developed in Dayton, Ohio. The plans for the project have been put on indefinite hold since the financial crisis of 2008.
The Village was to be located in downtown Dayton, across from Fifth Third Field (Dayton). Mandalay Entertainment Group, owner of the Dayton Dragons, made their proposal to Dayton city council in 2006.
The planned development was projected to cost $230 million USD and was to be used for entertainment, retail, office and housing.
Housing and Retail
- Ballpark Village plans also consisted of over 200 townhouses across the river by Deeds Point and retail shops to be built where the Parkside Homes now stand.
