The snake skin hunter slug, scientific name Chlamydephorus dimidius, is a species of medium-sized air-breathing land slug, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Chlamydephoridae.

The survival of this species is threatened by habitat loss.

Distribution

This species is endemic to South Africa. The natural habitat for this slug is temperate forests.
