Frederic William Sington (born February 24, 1910 - died August 20,1998) was an American football player. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1955. He would also play professional baseball with the Brooklyn Dodgers and Washington Senators. He was an outfielder. His grave is located in Birmingham's Elmwood Cemetery.
