Keith Jones (surgeon)

Sir Keith Stephen Jones FRCS (born July 7 1911) is an Australian medical practitioner and surgeon. He is a past national president of the Australian Medical Association. [Who's Who in Australia 2007' (Melb, 2007) pp 1114 ]

Early life

Jones was born in Narrandera, New South Wales, and attended Newington College (1924-1927) [Newington College Register of Past Students 1863-1998 (Syd, 1999) pp102] before graduating in medicine from the University of Sydney. He served in the Australian Army Medical Corps during World War II.
