Estero Padre Ramos Natural Reserve (Spanish: "Reserva Natural Estero Padre Ramos") is a natural reserve located in the municipality El Viejo in the Chinandega department in Nicaragua. Estero Padre Ramos Natural Reserve protects 91.57 square kilometres (22,627 acres) and consists of mostly mangrove forests which create a home for mainly migratory birds and turtles. Estero Padre Ramos was declared a protected area on September 9, 1983, it compromises one of 78 protected areas of Nicaragua and is managed by Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (MARENA).

The marine biodiversity is one of the most important in the reserve. At least 167 species of fish, reptiles, birds, and crustaceans present.
