Mary of Scotland, Countess of Buchan

Mary Stewart, Countess of Buchan (born before 1428), was the daughter of James I of Scotland and Lady Joan Beaufort. She married Wolfart van Borsselen, Count of Grandpre, son of Hendrick van Borsselen, Count of Grandpré and Jean van Halewyn, in 1444 in ter Veere, Zeeland, The Netherlands. She died on 20 March 1465 without surviving issue. She was buried in Sandenburg, ter Veere, Zeeland, The Netherlands.Mary Stewart, Countess of Buchan was created 1st Countess of Buchan [Scotland] circa 1444. From 1444, her married name became van Borssele. They had two children who died young.
