Agecroft Power Station was a coal-fired power station on the eastern bank of the Manchester, Bolton and Bury Canal in Pendlebury, Greater Manchester, North West England. It was formally opened by Alderman G. Billington, the Mayor of Salford on Wednesday 3 September 1925. [Citation
