Amguyema River

Amguyema River

The Amguyema River (or Amguema River) is a stream located in Far East Siberia. It flows from the Anadyr Range and it is one of the largest rivers flowing into the Chukchi Sea.

The Chantalveergyn River is a left-side tributary of the Amguyema.

It belongs to the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug administrative region of Russia.

Upriver there is the small town of Amguyema or Amguem, where about 600 mostly Chukchi people live.
