Tara Nelson

Tara Nelson is a Canadian television journalist and news anchor.

On February 26, 2005, Nelson, previously a reporter for Global Television Network, became the weekend anchor of "Global National".

Nelson previously worked as a reporter and anchor for ITV Edmonton, CHEK Victoria and BCTV before joining Global's national news. In August 2008 it was announced that Nelson would be moving to London, England to become Global's bureau chief there.
