Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta)

The [http://www.qp.gov.ab.ca/documents/Acts/P06P5.cfm?frm_isbn=0779725816 Personal Information Protection Act] is the private sector privacy law for the Province of Alberta. It was designed to be substantially similar to the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
