Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) is located in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. The government of Balochistan chartered the university on 18 July 2002 for "the delivery, promotion and dissemination of knowledge and to produce high quality manpower resources for the sustainable development of Pakistan in general and Balochistan in particular".
