Adam Shand

Adam Eric Shand is best known for his leadership and advocacy work as part of the Personal Telco Project.

Shand founded Personal Telco in November 2000 which subsequently grew into one of the largest community wireless projects in the United States.Fact|date=September 2008

He is one of the original members of the Shmoo Group.

In 2003 he moved to Wellington, New Zealand to work as a senior systems administrator, and later the digital operations manager, for Weta Digital.
