History

Bridgeview Vineyard and Winery started when Lelo and Bob Kerivan planted 75 acres of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes in the Illinois Valley. Along with Lelo's son René, it is a family run business. [cite web |url=http://www.bridgeviewwine.com/story.shtml |title=The Bridgeview Story |accessdate=2007-09-28 |format= |work= ]

Blue Moon Riesling

Brideviews Blue Moon Riesling comes in a cobalt blue bottle, that according to Frank J. Prial of the New York Times is an instant attention grabber. The cork is made from the same material used in artificial heart valves, has a brandname of Supremecorq, and is also cobalt blue.
