Lynn D. Wardlow (born 11 November, 1943) is a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives representing House District 38B, including over half of the City of Eagan, Minnesota. In 2002, Representative Wardlow was elected to the open seat vacated by Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty upon Mr. Pawlenty's decision to run for higher office that year. A member of the Republican Party (United States), Rep. Wardlow focuses on the issues of education, transportation, tax reduction, small business promotion, and health care reform.

Before running for political office, Rep. Wardlow was a Middle- and High-School mathematics teacher for over 30 years in the Rosemount-Eagan-Apple Valley School District and served in Vietnam in 1969 as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning two Navy Commendation Medals with one "Combat V." Lynn retired from the Marine Corps Reserve at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College (South Dakota) and a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Rep. Wardlow sits on the following committees: E-12 Education; Early Childhood Learning Finance Division; Education Finance and Economic Competitiveness Finance Division; Mental Health Division; Veterans Affairs Division. He is currently serving his third, two-year term.
