wikify=April 2008The Siena College, formerly Saint Catherine Academy, was opened in 1957 during the term of the late Mother Natividad Pilapil O.P., the Superior General of the Congregation. This was a response to the invitation of the late Cardinal Rufino Santos the Archbishop of Manila.

In 1965, the Kindergarten,Elementary and Secondary Education courses were fully established and recognized by the Department of Education Culture.

Misfortune turned to grace when the St. Catherine Building, a 2 storey building was gutted down by fires and once again rebuilt in the last days of 2002.A four story building was constructed which has a number of classrooms and has a large Speech Laboratory in the third floor of the building.

The school was celebrating its 50th Golden Jubilee and has the song "NGAYON NA"The word "BALITOK" was seen in the logo of its 50th year in the service of truth.

Academic Programs

The college offers its students Kindergarten education to Tertiary education.

The college offers the students also the programs that enhance their own talents in the various clubs.

As a Catholic School, the college offers its students a monthly and occasional masses which can be held in the auditorium or at the gym.

Every quarter, the students participate in their quarterly Convocation.In every end of the year, they participate on the recognition day which the awarding of the most active and responsible of the each club is awarded for theirloyalty to the group.
