IYLO is the commercial name given to an under construction project to construct a residential skyscraper in the London Borough of Croydon, London. The slogan used by the clients Phoenix Logistics and E3 Property International is "Inspiration For Life". The building, once finished, will feature 20 floors of apartments, a roof height of 82.00 and a structural height of 94 m (307 ft). The tower is elliptical in plan comprising two equal halves which 'slide' past one another. The tower is part of the Croydon Vision 2020 regeneration plan for Croydon to add to its goal of being "London's Third City".

Transport Links

Altitude 25 is located in West Croydon at the northern gateway of Croydon town centre, which makes the building in the heart of transport links in the town. The nearest railway station is at West Croydon where there are mainline rail links to Sutton and slow trains to Central London. There's a bus station at West Croydon with buses on the northbound corridor and to the rest of the borough. From 2010 there will be connections to the London Underground after the East London line extension as part of London Overground. Tramlink services from West Croydon are on the Croydon Loop and go eastbound only towards destinations of New Addington, Elmers End and Beckenham. The closest tram stop for westbound services is East Croydon station, the major transport interchange in the borough. From here there are trams to Wimbledon, Purley Way and Mitcham Junction on route 3. The station provides mainline services from Southern, Southeastern, First Capital Connect and CrossCountry, formerly Virgin Trains. These train operating companies provide services to the South Coast, Bedford, Manchester, Luton and Luton Airport, Gatwick Airport, and fast services to London Victoria and London Bridge.
