SciSys PLC (Aim|SSY) is a European computer software and telecommunications company based in the United Kingdom.

SciSys was formed in 1980 as Science Systems and its shares were listed on London's Alternative Investment Market in 1997. It acquired CODA, an accounting software company, in 2000, which was demerged as a separate listed company in 2006. In 2007, SciSys purchased a private Darmstadt-based German company, VCS AG.
