'Georgia Henshaw' is a 16-year-old Welsh actress and lives in Swansea, South Wales, where she trains at The Mark Jermin stage school, South Wales' most prestigious childrens' theatre school. During her time threre, she has taken on many leading roles, including the musical Grease, when she played Frenchie and a role in Bugsy Malone. She also sang solo to turn on the City and County of Swansea christmas lights in front of 30,00 people.
Her professional credits include two appearances ofthe BBC series Casualty (in different leading roles) the lead roles in two episodes of the Bill, and in the childrens telivision series The Giblet Boys, playing the character Jerona. Her passion for drama was evident when she entered her GCSE Drama examination at the tender age of 13 years and gained an outstanding A grade.. She starred in the teen film "Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging", starring as Georgia's friend Rosie.She has also appeared in 'The Children' on ITV1 as a girl named Mary.
