"Heaven, Heartache, and the Power of Love" is the tenth studio album by country singer Trisha Yearwood. It is also her first release for the Big Machine Records label after nine albums on MCA Nashville.

Recording for Yearwood's album began in 2006 and ended in 2007. The first single was released from the album in September 2007, "Heaven, Heartache, and the Power of Love", a #19 hit on the "Billboard" country music charts; "This Is Me You're Talking To" was released as the second single. "They Call It Falling for a Reason" is the third single from the album. The album debuted at number 30 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, selling about 33,000 copies in its first week.
