Football at the 2001 Island Games

The 2001 Island Games in Isle of Man was the 7th edition in which a football (soccer) tournament was played in the Island Games. It was contested by 12 teams and played two stages, the first one on a group basis and the second one in a knockout system.

Guernsey won that tournament, and became for the first time Island Games champion.
