"L-O-V-E" is a jazz song written by Milt Gabler and Bert Kaempfert for American singer-pianist Nat King Cole's 1965 album "L-O-V-E" (the last album released before his death on February 15, 1965).

Covers

The song has been covered by several artists, including Frank Sinatra, King Cole's daughter, Natalie Cole, Michael Bublé, and most recently, in 2007, English soul singer Joss Stone for the Joe Wright-directed advertising campaign for Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle fragrance. Stone's version was released worldwide to iTunes Store on September 18, 2007, and reached number one hundred on the UK Singles Chart the week of November 17, 2007, spending only one week on the tally. Stone performed a duet of the song with Natalie Cole at Frosted Pink, an ABC-televised benefit concert to raise awareness of women's cancer, held at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California on October 6, 2007.
