The San Chay people (Vietnamese: Người Sán Chay; also called Cao Lan) live in the Tuyên Quang province of northeastern Vietnam, as well as some nearby provinces. They speak a Tai language. Their population was 147,315 in 1999.

They "sing sình cồ" (love song) and celebrate the Slếch thlin mảy festival (New Rice festival).
