Nassif Building

Nassif Building

The Nassif Building is the headquarters building of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and is located at 7th Street and Maryland Avenue, SW, in Washington, D.C.. It was designed by architect Edward Durrell Stone, who also designed the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Transportation Department is will move to a newly constructed headquarters in the Southeast Federal Center, at First Street and New Jersey Avenue SE. The building will be renovated after the Department moves out of the building.
