Alan Johnson (born 20 November 1956) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the VFL during the 1980s.

A wingman, Johnson twice won the Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Medal for Melbourne's best and fairest player, in 1983 and 1989. In 1989 he was also named in the VFL Team of the Year.
