Lakshimibai Tilak "(alt: Laxmibai Tilak)" was the wife of Narayan Vaman Tilak (a famous Marathi poet and a person who was born Hindu but in his later life followed Jesus Christ)

Born into a strict Hindu family, Lakshmibai was married off at the age of 11. When her husband converted to following Christ, she lived for 5 years apart from him with their son Dattu. She ultimately rejoined him and herself became a follower of Jesus Christ.
