Saint Anne's School is a secondary school in Southampton, England. It school was previously known as Saint Anne's Convent School and is currently a girls' school. The school is situated close to the city centre, and attracts pupils from all round the city who seek an education with a Catholic Christian basis. The School governors voted in March 2005 to accept boys into the sixth form from September 2006. In January 2007, there were 1096 girls enrolled in the school, and 96 in the Sixth Form. The school is organised into a house system, currently there are 7 houses, each named after a Saint (Alban, Beckett, Bede, Campion, Edmund, Fisher and Gregory). There are 2 House Captains for each house, being girls from the Upper Sixth who apply for the posts. The students have several "House Assemblies" per year, in addition to their weekly "Year Assemblies". Along with Tutor Groups (in houses) there are Teaching Groups. These are in KS3 named after trees (Elm, Ash, Rowan, Willow, Sycamore), and these are arranged by ability, with 2 "extension" classes, 1 "foundation" and 2 "lower", however which name corresponds with which level changes each year.

The school was last inspected by OFSTED on 22nd January 2007. The school did well in the inspection, achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" (Grades 2 and 1 respectively) in all areas. According to the Department of Education performance tables, the school obtained the third highest CVA score in the city. This is a new, complex Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 contextual value added (CVA) score designed to show the progress children have made. This is done by comparing their achievements with those of other pupils nationally who had the same or similar prior attainment in their test results at age 10 or 11 in 2001.
