Abercorn Walk is a shopping center that runs along Abercorn Street in midtown Savannah, Georgia. It is located near the city's more upscale midtown commercial sector. Abercorn Walk resembles a village in which each storefront retains a different style. Originally announced in 2003, Abercorn Walk was built atop a stretch of buildings that had been a church, a funeral home, a car lot and a house. The land for the center was cleared in 2004 and the buildings began to rise in the summer of 2004. The anchor store, which had been announced the previous year, was The Fresh Market. By the fall of 2004, several other tenants had joined the roster and signed letters of intent. These included Ann Taylor, White House Black Market, Chico's, Jos. A. Banks, and Kirkland's.

When Abercorn Walk officially opened in August 2005, it was to much fanfare. Many of Savannah's residents applauded the developers for the attractive design, and other tenants soon arrived at the shopping center. By November, Talbots opened a combo store that sells general merchandise, including petites and plus sizes. Many other boutique-style stores opened in 2006. Those included Acorn, Monkee's, La Villa and Hand Picked. In the summer of 2006, Coldwater Creek joined the tenant lineup. There still remains one vacant space available, at 2,680 square feet.

Abercorn Walk sits across the street from another upscale shopping center, Twelve Oaks du Marché, which opened in 1984 and has a horseshoe shape. This center includes Publix, Bonefish Grill, and Pier 1 Imports. Many locally owned boutiques such as Jezebel and Globe Shoe Company have suburban branches at Twelve Oaks. It is built of imitation "Savannah gray" brick and has a copper patina roof.
