Coaching / front-office career

DePaul started his coaching career with the Washington Redskins in 1989. He had coached for 8 years for the Washington Redskins and Cincinnati Bengals before he entered the front office of the Philadelphia Eagles.

He is currently the Director of Pro Player Personnel with the Chicago Bears. He started in his current position with the Chicago Bears on June 19, 2001.
