Riverside High School is a high school in Basin, Wyoming. It is attended by students from throughout Big Horn County School District #4 including the towns of Basin and Manderson. The mascot is the rebel.
Athletics
Riverside has had recent success featuring their football team, which in a year 2007 won the state 2A championship. Riverside students have always competed at a high level in wrestling and knowledge bowls. Riverside became a home for several foreign-exchange students. Like in a year 2007-08 there were three students - Neir from Brasil, Arnaud from France and Pasha from Russia.
All of the students are showing great ability to learn. RHS students have won a lot of competitions state-wise. They showed not only strong results in sports (football, track, v-ball, b-ball), but also in other contests like speech and math. RHS took first place among the 9-10 grades in 2A (teams consisted of Amber Getzfried, Payton Vigil and a Russian exchange-student Pasha Yudin). Additionally, Yudin got first place individually.
