São Vicente (pron. IPA2|sɐ̃w̃ vi'set(ɨ); Portuguese meaning Saint Vincent) is a town located in the west northwestern part of the
Madeira Islands. It is located W of Santana, W ofMachico , E of Porto Moniz and WNW ofFunchal . It is linked with a road linking to Santana and the western part of the island.The main source of industry are agriculture and fishing while a small number of businesses are in the downtown area.
