HMP Winchester is a Category B prison for male offenders in Winchester, England.

Built as a Victorian radial, it has five 'spokes' radiating from a central hub. Four of these are used for prisoner accommodation and one for administration. It is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme. It had an operational capacity of 697 at the beginning of 2006, with most of its cells being doubles.

The prison appeared in the 1971 Stanley Kubrick film "A Clockwork Orange", as it was used for location shooting, as well as an aerial shot.
