"When In Rome 2007" is a live DVD by Genesis recorded at Circo Massimo, Rome, Italy, on July 14, 2007, during the successful Turn It On Again Tour. The concert was directed by David Mallet. The collection was released on May 26, 2008 in most of the world and June 10, 2008 in North America. The DVD includes a 28-page booklet. Audio options are Dolby 2.0, Dolby 5.1, and DTS 5.1.

A hi-definition release on Blu-ray and HD DVD was announced initially on the release of the corresponding live CD Live Over Europe 2007. An HD-DVD release did not happen due to the demise of the format, and the record company decided there was not a sufficient market for a Blu-ray release. A future Blu-ray release is, however, very likely.

The DVD is available in the U.S.A. exclusively via the band's website, or through Wal-Mart and Sam's Club retail and online stores. This has caused some controversy on the band's official web forum, since many Wal-Mart locations around the U.S. did not stock the DVD, making it extremely difficult for fans to purchase it.

It is available at regular outlets for the rest of the world - strangely including Canada, despite the fact that, when a release in the U.S. is exclusive to Wal-Mart, it is often exclusive to Wal-Mart in Canada as well. This has been the case with recent releases from the Eagles and Journey.
