Marit Nybakk (born 14 February 1947 in Nord-Odal) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party and 3rd Vice President of the Storting.

She was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Oslo in 1989, and has been re-elected on four occasions. She previously served in the position of deputy representative during the term 1985–1989. During this term she replaced Gro Harlem Brundtland while the latter headed the second cabinet Brundtland, until 1987 when Knut Frydenlund died and Nybakk moved up as a regular representative.
