Capital Region International Airport Airport codes|LAN|KLAN, formerly known as Lansing Capital City Airport, is a public, Class C airport located convert|3|mi|km|sigfig=1 northwest of downtown Lansing in Clinton County, Michigan. According to airport authority, 497,824 people flew in or out of the airport in 2007, an 11 percent drop from 2006 and the lowest total since 1988. 65 million pounds (29 million kg) of cargo was carried in or out of the airport in 2007, a 9% increase from 2006. History
