The Cabinet of Barbados is the executive committee that looks after the management of the country. It is chaired by Prime Minister Owen Arthur and is composed of 17 Ministers.

Prime Minister Arthur took up the position of chairman in 1994 and is this country's fifth Prime Minister. Others to hold this esteemed designation are national hero The Right Excellent Errol Barrow, the late Rt. Hon. Tom Adams, the late Rt. Hon. Harold Bernard St.John "(later Sir Harold)" and former Rt. Hon. Lloyd Erskine Sandiford "(later Sir Lloyd.)"

The Deputy Prime Minister of Barbados is the Hon. Miss Mia Mottley while Dame Billie Miller, a veteran parliamentarian, holds the position of Senior Minister. Members of Cabinet are drawn from both the House of Assembly and the Senate.
