English football league is not specific; it may refer to:

* The Football League - the highest four divisions of English football until 1992 and the three divisions below the Premier League since 1992;
* The English football league system - the entire network of football leagues in England, of which the FA Premier League, Football League and many more are part;
* Only the top 4 levels of the English football league system - comprising of the Premier League and the Football League
