Douglas Lynn Howard (born February 6, 1948, in Salt Lake City, Utah) is a former professional baseball player who played five seasons for the California Angels, St. Louis Cardinals, and Cleveland Indians of Major League Baseball.

Howard played college baseball for the BYU Cougars.[1]
