"Take a Whiff on Me" (Roud 10062) is an American folk song, with references to the use of cocaine. It is also known as "Take a Whiff (on Me)", "Cocaine Habit", and "Cocaine Habit Blues".

In popular culture

The title of the song is quoted in the song "Dead Skunk" of Loudon Wainwright III, which contains the line: "take a whiff on me, that ain't no rose!"

The song is also the basis for the 1976 hit "Cokaine In My Brain" of reggae artist Dillinger.

Jack White of The White Stripes sang this song in the Under Blackpool Lights concert during the song "I Think I Smell a Rat".
