Llantrisant, Monmouthshire is a village in Monmouthshire, south east Wales, United Kingdom.

Location

Llantrisant is located three miles south east of Usk.

History and amenities

The village is sited on the eastern bank of thr River Usk and the Usk Valley Walk long distance footpath passes through the village after descending from the Wentwood escarpment. A Norman stone medieval castle is sited close by [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/570336] . The village also has a church [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/120766] .
