Llanishen, Monmouthshire is a village in Monmouthshire, south east Wales, United Kingdom.

Location

Llanishen is located seven miles south west of Monmouth, the county town and three miles south of Trellech on the B4293 road.

History & Amenities

The church [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/299348] is dedicated to St. Dennis. The village is set wthin what is termed the Wye Valley Forest Park, the upland area above the River Wye AONB.
