SOHO China Limited (hkex|410), founded in 1995, is a real-estate company in China. It is engaged in the development and sales of commercial properties in Beijing city centre. The founders are Pan Shiyi(潘石屹), a former Oil Ministry employee, and his wife Zhang Xin(张欣), a former Goldman Sachs employee.cite news

The company currently owns the commercial-used lands in Beijing, including "Jianwai SOHO", "SOHO Shangdu", "Chaowai SOHO" and "Guanghualu SOHO". In addition, it owns two properties of "Commune by the Great Wall" in Beijing and "Boao Kempinski" on Hainan Island. It is also developing Sanlitun, the most famous and the busiest bar area in downtown Beijing.

On 8 October 2007, SOHO China was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with capital raising of HK$12.8 billion.

The company's name stands for a development concept that they pioneered - Small Office Home Office - for combined living and working spaces.
